NAACP LEADERSHIP TRAINING ON PRESCHOOL JANUARY 6- 8 2006

CA-NAACP leaders from our 65 branches and college chapters met at the Hilton Hotel -Costa Mesa in Orange County to discuss important issues facing our community. One of the top issues discussed was universal preschool and its benefits. CA-NAACP leaders, in addition, were trained on earned media, media relations, and universal preschool.

California NAACP joins educators, parents, law enforcement, business, organized labor, faith-based organizations, children’s advocates, and other communities of color in supporting universal preschool.
